AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by "An Act to promote the public health and comfort of persons employed by providing for one day of rest in seven" (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1983, ch. 48, pars. 8a et seq.)DEPARTMENT OF LABOR
A letter requesting same must be received by the Director not later than the Friday preceding the first effective day of the permit.
