Notice to the employer
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by "An Act to promote the public health and comfort of persons employed by providing for one day of rest in seven" (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1983, ch. 48, pars. 8a et seq.)DEPARTMENT OF LABOR
The Director shall, upon granting a permit, forward to the employer a written confirmation of such permit containing the information in Section 220.300(c).
