AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by "An Act to promote the public health and comfort of persons employed by providing for one day of rest in seven" (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1983, ch. 48, pars. 8a et seq.)DEPARTMENT OF LABOR
As used herein the word year shall mean the calendar year, i.e., the period from January 1st through December 31st of each year.
