Redemption of Vouchers
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Prairie State 2000 Authority Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 48, par. 1501 et seq.) and Public Act 87-661, Section 5, effective January 1, 1992.PRAIRIE STATE 2000 AUTHORITY
Upon receipt of the payment voucher, the Intake Center shall deliver the voucher to the State Comptroller who shall draw his warrant on the State Treasurer for payment from the Fund to the Intake Center.
