Consolidation of Petitions
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 9 of The State Mandates Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1983, ch. 85, par. 2209).STATE MANDATES BOARD OF APPEALS
The Board may consolidate, for hearing and/or determination, appeal petitions involving identical or substantially similar parties, mandates and issues.
