Definition of the term "Alien Title Insurance Company" as Used in Section 11.(b) of the Act
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Title Insurance Act [215 ILCS 155].DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION
The term "Alien Title Insurance Company" as used in Section 11.(b) of the Act shall mean any title insurer incorporated or organized under the laws of any foreign nation or any province or territory thereof.
