Due Date for Deposits and Payments
Effective Dec 29, 200934 Ill. Reg. 852AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Title Insurance Act [215 ILCS 155].DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION
All amounts due pursuant to Section 15 of the Act shall be paid to and received by the Division not later than May 15 of each year.
