a) All pharmacy benefit managers doing business in this State shall register with the Director of Insurance (Director). Each applicant for registration shall:

1. 1) Make application for registration through the National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) at www.nipr.com;
2. 2) Place a copy of its corporate charter, articles of incorporation, or other charter documents in the NIPR attachment warehouse;
3. 3) Place in the attachment warehouse the name, address and official position of each officer and director of the registration; and
