Application and Scope
AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 378 and authorized by Section 401 of the Illinois Insurance Code (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 73, pars. 990 and 1013).DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE
This Rule applies to all insurance companies authorized to transact the kind or kinds of business enumerated in Class 2 of Section 4 of the Illinois Insurance Code. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 73, par. 616).
