Purpose and Scope
AUTHORITY: Implementing Article V¾ [215 ILCS 5/Art. V¾] and authorized by Section 107a.09 and 401 of the Illinois Insurance Code [215 ILCS 5/107a.09 and 401].DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE
The purpose of this Part is to establish standards to ensure that members of a group workers' compensation pool possess homogeneous risk characteristics.
