Final Earned Premium
AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 454 and 468 of the Illinois Insurance Code [215 ILCS 5/454 and 468] and authorized by Sections 401 and 466 of the Illinois Insurance Code [215 ILCS 5/401 and 466].DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE
Final earned premium for any policy issued under the requirements of this Part shall be determined on actual, instead of estimated, payroll or other premium basis.
