Unless the context requires otherwise, terms used in this Part have the meaning ascribed in Section 126.2 of the Code.

"Code" means the Illinois Insurance Code [215 ILCS 5].

"Director" means the Director of the Illinois Department of Insurance.

"Department" means the Illinois Department of Insurance.
