AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Sections 3-144.6 and 4-106.1 of the Illinois Pension Code [40 ILCS 5/3-144.6 and 4-106.1].DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE
This Part shall apply to the pension funds established under either Article 3 or Article 4 of the Code for which Section 3-144.6 or 4-106.1 applies.
