Execution of Agreement
AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 76 and authorized by Section 401(a) of the Illinois Insurance Code (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 73, pars. 688 and 1013(a)).DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE
After submission of the documents specified in Section 401.30 and approval by the Director, the proposed agreement may be executed by the company.
