Motions to Reconsider the Board's Decision
AUTHORITY: Authorized by Section 7.19 of the Illinois Housing Development Act [20 ILCS 3805] and Section 60 of the Affordable Housing Planning and Appeal Act [310 ILCS 67].ILLINOIS HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
The affected party may file a motion to reconsider with the Board within 14 Days after the Board's decision. The Board shall issue its final decision within 14 Days after the receipt of the motion to reconsider.
