Standard of Proof
AUTHORITY: Authorized by Section 7.19 of the Illinois Housing Development Act [20 ILCS 3805] and Section 60 of the Affordable Housing Planning and Appeal Act [310 ILCS 67].ILLINOIS HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
The standard of proof for any hearing conducted under this Part shall be the preponderance of the evidence.
