Forms and Procedures for the Program
AUTHORITY: Authorized by Section 7.19 of the Illinois Housing Development Act [20 ILCS 3805] and Section 60 of the Affordable Housing Planning and Appeal Act [310 ILCS 67].ILLINOIS HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
IHDA may prepare, use, supplement and amend forms, agreements and other documents and procedures as may be necessary to implement the duties of the Board, all as may be prescribed by IHDA.
