Compliance with Federal and State Law
AUTHORITY: Authorized by Section 7.19 of the Illinois Housing Development Act [20 ILCS 3805] and Section 60 of the Affordable Housing Planning and Appeal Act [310 ILCS 67].ILLINOIS HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
Notwithstanding anything in this Part to the contrary, this Part shall be construed in conformity and compliance with applicable federal and State law.
