Purpose and Objectives
AUTHORITY: Authorized by Section 7.19 of the Illinois Housing Development Act [20 ILCS 3805] and Section 60 of the Affordable Housing Planning and Appeal Act [310 ILCS 67].ILLINOIS HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
The purpose of the Act and this Part is to carry out the Board's responsibilities under the Act and to provide direction to Local Governments and Affordable Housing Developers.
