AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Illinois Housing Development Act [20 ILCS 3905/7.19] and the Residential Real Property Disclosure Act [765 ILCS 77/80].ILLINOIS HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
The Authority will charge no application fee for this Program.
