Forms and Procedures for the Program
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Illinois Housing Development Act [20 ILCS 3905/7.19] and the Residential Real Property Disclosure Act [765 ILCS 77/80].ILLINOIS HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
The Authority may prepare, use, supplement and amend forms, agreements and other documents and procedures as may be necessary to implement the Program, all as may be prescribed by the Authority.
