Compliance with Federal Law
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Illinois Housing Development Act [20 ILCS 3905/7.19] and the Residential Real Property Disclosure Act [765 ILCS 77/80].ILLINOIS HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
Notwithstanding anything in this Part to the contrary, this Part shall be construed in conformity and compliance with applicable federal law.
