Purpose and Objectives
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Illinois Housing Development Act [20 ILCS 3905/7.19] and the Residential Real Property Disclosure Act [765 ILCS 77/80].ILLINOIS HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
This Part is established to accomplish the purposes of Section 80 of the Residential Real Property Disclosure Act, and in particular the awarding of Predatory Lending Database Grant Program grants.
