AUTHORITY: Authorized by Section 7.19 of the Illinois Housing Development Act [20 ILCS 3805/7.19] and Section 7.30(b-1) of the Illinois Housing Development Act [20 ILCS 3805/7.30(b-1)].ILLINOIS HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
The Authority will not charge an application fee for the Program.
