Fees and Charges
AUTHORITY: Authorized by Section 7.19 of the Illinois Housing Development Act [20 ILCS 3805/7.19] and Section 7.30(a) of the Illinois Housing Development Act [20 ILCS 3805/7.30(a)].ILLINOIS HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
An Agency shall not charge an application fee for the Program.
