AUTHORITY: Authorized by Section 7.19 of the Illinois Housing Development Act [20 ILCS 3805/7.19] and Section 7.31(a) of the Illinois Housing Development Act [20 ILCS 3805/7.31(a)].ILLINOIS HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
The Authority may not charge an application fee for the Program.
