Income Certifications
AUTHORITY: Authorized by Section 7.19 of the Illinois Housing Development Act [20 ILCS 3805/7.19] and the Rental Housing Support Program Act [310 ILCS 105].ILLINOIS HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
Each prospective Tenant must provide an Income Certification to the Landlord when applying to occupy a Unit and each time thereafter that the Tenant applies to renew the lease for the Unit.
