Compliance with Federal Law
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Illinois Housing Development Act [20 ILCS 3805]. The Rules in this Part are authorized by and made pursuant to Section 7.19 of the Act and the COVID-19 Affordable Housing Grant Program Act [310 ILCS 126].ILLINOIS HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, this Part shall be construed in conformity and compliance with applicable federal law, including, without limitation, Section 42 of the Code.
