Transfer of Agency Affordable Housing Tax Credit Ceiling
AUTHORITY: Section 7.28 of the Illinois Housing Development Act [20 ILCS 3805/7.28].ILLINOIS HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
After March 1 of a State fiscal year, an Agency may transfer all or a portion of its Agency Affordable Housing Tax Credit Ceiling for that State fiscal year to another Agency.
