Allocation Pursuant to Qualified Allocation Plan
Effective Jun 26, 199721 Ill. Reg. 9012AUTHORITY: Sections 7.24g, 7.19 and 7.25 of the Illinois Housing Development Act [20 ILCS 3805/7.24g, 7.19 and 7.25].ILLINOIS HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
The Authority shall allocate Tax Credits only pursuant to and in compliance with the Qualified Allocation Plan.
