AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 3206 Homeowner Assistance Fund of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, Pub. L. 117-2 enacted in March 2021 and authorized by Section 7.19 of the Illinois Housing Development Act [20 ILCS 3805/7.19].ILLINOIS HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
Disbursements to Eligible Servicers may include up to three prospective monthly payments if funds are available and the total funding amount does not exceed Maximum Grant Amount.
