AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 3206 Homeowner Assistance Fund of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, Pub. L. 117-2 enacted in March 2021 and authorized by Section 7.19 of the Illinois Housing Development Act [20 ILCS 3805/7.19].ILLINOIS HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
The Authority will not charge an application fee for any HAF Grants.
