AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 3206 Homeowner Assistance Fund of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, Pub. L. 117-2 enacted in March 2021 and authorized by Section 7.19 of the Illinois Housing Development Act [20 ILCS 3805/7.19].ILLINOIS HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
Notwithstanding anything in this Part to the contrary, this Part shall be construed in conformity and compliance with applicable law, including but not limited to the Uniform Guidance.
