Servicing of Mortgage Loans
AUTHORITY: Authorized by Sections 7.19 and 7.23 of the Illinois Housing Development Act [20 ILCS 3805].ILLINOIS HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
The Authority shall cause all Mortgage Loans purchased by the Authority or its designee to be serviced by a Servicer pursuant to the Servicing Agreement.
