Chairman of the Board
AUTHORITY: Authorized by resolution of the Board of Directors of the Illinois Community Development Finance Corporation pursuant to the Illinois Community Development Finance Corporation Act [315 ILCS 15].ILLINOIS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORPORATION
The Chairman of the Board shall preside at all meetings of the Board and shall perform such other duties as shall be assigned from time to time by the Board.
