Definitions
AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 46.37(f), 46.38, and 46.41 of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 127, pars. 46.37(f), 46.38, and 46.41) [20 ILCS 605/46.37(f), 46.38 and 46.41], "AN ACT making appropriations for Agriculture, Rural Development, and Related Agencies programs for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1987, and for other purposes" (P.L. 99-500, effective October 18, 1986, Section 101(g)), and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Emergency Shelter Grants Program rules (24 CFR 575 (1987)) and authorized by Section 46.42 of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois (Ill. For the purposes of this Part, definitions provided in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Emergency Shelter Grants Program rules (24 CFR 575.3 (1987)) are applicable.
