Incorporation of rules
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 19.6 of the Illinois Oil and Gas Act [225 ILCS 725/19.6].DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES
The Department hereby adopts the CMS Standard Procurement Rules. Inasmuch as the rules of this Part may differ, however, the rules of this Part shall govern.
