Publication of Award
AUTHORITY: Implementing the Capital Development Board Act [20 ILCS 3105] and authorized by Sections 9.06 and 16 of that Act, Article 30 and Section 1-15.25 of the Illinois Procurement Code [30 ILCS 500/Art. 30 and 1-15.25].CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD
The names of selected firms and the respective projects shall be published in CDB's Procurement Bulletin within 30 days after the selection and award.
