Federal Requirements
AUTHORITY: Implementing the Capital Development Board Act [20 ILCS 3105] and authorized by Sections 9.06 and 16 of that Act, Article 30 and Section 1-15.25 of the Illinois Procurement Code [30 ILCS 500/Art. 30 and 1-15.25] and the Design-Build Procurement Act [30 ILCS 537].CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD
CDB will comply with federal law and regulations and take all necessary steps to adapt the rules, policies, and procedures to remain eligible for federal aid.
