AUTHORITY: Implementing the Capital Development Board Act [20 ILCS 3105] and authorized by Section 16 of that Act, Sections 5-25, 30-20 and 33-5 of the Illinois Procurement Code [30 ILCS 500] and the Design-Build Procurement Act [30 ILCS 537].CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD
CDB will follow those procedures established in the rules under which the firm was prequalified (71 IAC 100).
