Denial of Award of Contract
AUTHORITY: Implementing the Capital Development Board Act [20 ILCS 3105] and authorized by Section 16 of that Act, Sections 5-25 and 30-20 of the Illinois Procurement Code [30 ILCS 500], and Section 20 of the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualification Based Selection Act [30 ILCS 535].CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD
Notwithstanding any other provisions in this Part, if CDB finds an A/E non-responsible, CDB may deny the A/E the award of a contract.
