Reduction of Service Charge
AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 2 of Federal Commodity Disbursement Act [30 ILCS 255] and implementing and authorized by the Federal Surplus Property Act [20 ILCS 430].DEPARTMENT OF CENTRAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES
At any point when audits reveal a surplus of working capital, the SASP shall reduce service charges until a balance between costs and income is achieved.
