Notice of Public Sales
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Sections 67.15 and 67.22 of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois [20 ILCS 405/67.15 and 67.22] and Sections 1 through 7, 8 and 9 of the State Property Control Act [30 ILCS 605/1-7, 8 and 9].DEPARTMENT OF CENTRAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES
a) All public sales shall be advertised at least once in a secular newspaper having general circulation in the county where the sale is to take place.
b) Notices of sales shall give a description of the equipment offered for sale and list any general or special conditions of the sale.
