Frequency of Sales
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Sections 67.15 and 67.22 of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois [20 ILCS 405/67.15 and 67.22] and Sections 1 through 7, 8 and 9 of the State Property Control Act [30 ILCS 605/1-7, 8 and 9].DEPARTMENT OF CENTRAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES
a) Frequency of public sales of transferable equipment shall be determined by Property Control Division.
b) Property Control Division shall schedule sales in order to maximize the benefits that the State derives from such sales.
