Sale of EDP Equipment
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Sections 67.15 and 67.22 of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois [20 ILCS 405/67.15 and 67.22] and Sections 1 through 7, 8 and 9 of the State Property Control Act [30 ILCS 605/1-7, 8 and 9].DEPARTMENT OF CENTRAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES
a) Agencies authorized to dispose of EDP equipment may enter into contracts for the sale of the equipment.
b) The Department of Central Management Services shall negotiate sales contracts for agencies not authorized to dispose of EDP equipment.
