Finality of Determinations
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 1-30(b) of the Illinois Procurement Code [30 ILCS 500] and Section 2-12 of the Illinois State Auditing Act [30 ILCS 5].AUDITOR GENERAL
Determinations made by the OAG under this Part are final and conclusive unless they are clearly erroneous, arbitrary, capricious, or contrary to law.
