Small Business Specialist
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 1-30(b) of the Illinois Procurement Code [30 ILCS 500] and Section 2-12 of the Illinois State Auditing Act [30 ILCS 5].AUDITOR GENERAL
The CPO, subject to the Auditor General's approval, may designate an OAG employee with experience negotiating contracts to serve as the Small Business Specialist.
