Local Site Preferences
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 1-30(b) of the Illinois Procurement Code [30 ILCS 500] and Section 2-12 of the Illinois State Auditing Act [30 ILCS 5].AUDITOR GENERAL
Upon the request of the chief executive officer of a unit of local government, leasing preferences may be given to sites located in enterprise zones, tax increment districts, or redevelopment districts.
