Rent Without Occupancy
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 1-30(b) of the Illinois Procurement Code [30 ILCS 500] and Section 2-12 of the Illinois State Auditing Act [30 ILCS 5].AUDITOR GENERAL
Except when deemed by the CPO to be in the best interest of the State, the OAG may not incur rental obligations before having occupancy or possession of the space rented.
