Procurement Under the Design-Build Procurement Act
AUTHORITY: Implementing, and authorized by, Section 5-25 of the Illinois Procurement Code [30 ILCS 500/5-25].CHIEF PROCUREMENT OFFICER FOR CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD
Solicitation for procurement of design-build services shall be in accordance with this Subpart and the Design-Build Procurement Act and CDB's rules (44 Ill. Adm. Code 1030).
